An 19th Century Toleware Tea Canister depicting two Chinese figures. Converted into a table lamp the canisters are decorated with gilded chinoiserie scenes set within Greek key borders against a black back ground. No dents or cracks to the lamp, areas of paint are missing and the patina is aged, however this does not distract from its beautiful overall appearance. Newly rewired and pat tested.
