ORDERS

Please note that we do sell our items on various websites, units and private appointments. This means that occasionally an item on our website may not be available as it has been sold already. Crocker and Co strive to keep the websites as up to date as possible. If an item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours). 

 

Condition of items

Please note that all of our items are vintage or antique and as such have been pre-loved and will not be in perfect condition. If you are looking for a perfect "like new" item, then Crocker and Co items may not be for you. We endeavour to point out any significant defects in the item description, but there may be smaller imperfections that we have missed/not mentioned. For example. We may not specifically mention usual wear commensurate with age. Please do not hesitate to contact us for additional photographs or further information prior to purchase.
