A beautiful atmospheric French oil on canvas, a back street scene in a corner of Montmartre. Painted loosely with soft gentle earthy colours signed to front and dated verso, framed and ready to hand. The oil is of good overall vintage condition the fame possibly later with a few burrs to edges as per the photos, however this does not distract.
